Dr. Idalia Rivera-Matos received her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in San Juan and completed her residency at the University Pediatric Hospital in San Juan. She then completed her fellowship at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth in Houston.
Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. Rivera-Matos has been in practice since 1991. Her clinical interests include immunizations, preventive care, infectious diseases, attention deficit disorder/ attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, nutrition and travel medicine for her patients and their families.
Dr. Rivera-Matos wants her patients to feel as if they are speaking to a friend or relative. She is reassuring and gives them confidence. She takes her own after hours calls and sees walk-ins every day. She makes herself available for sick patients or whenever she is needed. She treats patients from newborns through age 16 and speaks Spanish.
A Clear Lake resident, Dr. Rivera-Matos has three grown children. Away from her clinic, she enjoys kayaking, fishing, movies and dancing.

Taylor A. Little, FNP-C is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Pediatric Primary Care. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Texas at Austin and then went on to earn her Family Nurse Practitioner Degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She began her nursing career at Memorial Hermann in the Texas Medical Center working in Orthopedic Trauma for 3 and a half years.
She completed her clinical rotations for her Master’s degree in the Downtown Houston and Pasadena areas. She has been working for Nasa Pediatrics for 2 years.She loves working with children and getting to know the families that care for them. She is passionate about educating her patients on healthy practices and prevention of disease in a holistic manner, as well as focusing on the mental health of her patients.
She is originally from Houston and currently lives in the Pasadena area with her
husband of 2 years. She is an active member of Houston Area Nurse Practitioners and the Pasadena Running Club. In her free time, she likes to run, do yoga, play music with her family, spend time with her husband, travel, learn, and watch movies.
Megan Ruaya is a Family Nurse Practitioner and is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Master of Science in nursing through the University of Cincinnati and completed her clinical training locally in
the Friendswood and Pearland communities. She has been with NASA Pediatrics
since early 2017.
Ever since she was a young child, Megan has always been interested in pediatric medicine. She decided to become a nurse practitioner after being under the care of one as a teenager. Megan’s nursing background includes experience in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU), general pediatrics, and pediatric critical care. She enjoys pediatrics because of the sense of wonder and joy that children have.
Megan hopes to build meaningful and lasting relationships with her patients and their
families. Her clinical interests include newborn care, well child visits, dietary and lifestyle counseling, dermatology, chronic disease management, and in-office procedures. A native of Cincinnati, Ohio,
Megan moved to the Houston area in 2013 and now considers it to be her permanent home. She has been married to her husband, Lendl, since 2015. They have one fur-child, a cat named Yeti. In her freetime, Megan enjoys swimming, reading, traveling,
craft projects, anything Disney, and spending time with family and friends.
Alexandra Fiser is a family nurse practitioner with specialization in pediatrics. She earned her nursing degree at UTHealth and her master’s degree at the University of Cincinnati. She is certified and practices under the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Alexandra started her nursing career in 2012 at St. Joseph Medical Center downtown and Memorial Hermann in the Texas medical Center where she worked as a high-risk labor and delivery nurse.
Alexandra loves educating her patients about chronic conditions and showing her patients how easy it is to empower themselves and become a contributor to their own health and wellness. Alexandra believes in taking her patients cultural view of the world and using it in the healing process; she believes that is when each patient is able to experience an individualized treatment plan.
Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico Alexandra has been in Houston for the last seven years and considers it home- she lives downtown with her husband and her two dogs. You can almost always find her bike riding, participating in hot yoga, and traveling during her time away from the office.
